Book with Editor not Author

Last name, First name, ed. Title of Book. Place of Publication: Publisher, year.

Book that is a Translation

Last name, First name, trans. Title of Book. Place of Publication: Publisher, year.

Two or More Books by Same Author

Only give the name of the author or editor in the first entry. After that, use three hypens in place of the name (---). All the rest remains the same. All books must be in alphabetical order. See example below:

Rowling, J[oanne] K[athleen]. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. New York: Levine-Scholastic, 2000.
