Senior Hero Project Portfolio
Your portfolio is a collection of all the documents that you have kept throughout your Senior Project.

Portfolio MUST:
- Be professionally bound (go to Kinko’s or make an appointment with Ms. Sharif) with a front and back cover.
- Have a cover that includes the title, your name and a graphic that reflects your project
- Have a table of contents
- Have pagination that matches table of contents
- Have dividers between each of the sections below
- Student Information
- Introduction
- Project Paper
- Project Verification Data
- Appendix

Portfolio MUST contain (in this order):
Student Information
- Mission Statement and Personal Code of Ethics
- I Believe Essay

Introduction
- Letter to Board
- Project Proposal
- Project Planning Sheet

Project Paper
- Paper
- Works Cited page
- Works Consulted page

Project Verification Data
- Time Spreadsheet
- Logs and Memos in chronological order
- Project Verification Form (completed by mentor)
- Photos of you in action

Appendix
- Interview Questions and Notes
- Graphs, charts, etc.
- Any other documentation that does not fit anywhere else.

This portfolio is worth 150 points in your English class and 150 points in your Economics class.
